How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
We take the safety of our clients, your dogs, and our staff very seriously. After we finish cleaning each yard, we clean all of our equipment and shoes to prevent the spread of germs. We also send pictures of your closed gate at the completion of the services to give you peace of mind knowing that your yard is ready for your pets to enjoy once we leave.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes! We love getting to meet your dogs. Our only request is that if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, please have them stay inside while we clean the yard. The safety of your dogs and our staff is our first priority. If we do experience aggressive behavior, we will ask that your dog stay inside when we come to clean your yard or be removed from our route.
Can I request that my cleanup is on a specific day of the week?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor requests for services on specific days. We optimize our routes based on location to try and make the best use of time and keep our prices low.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
After cleaning each yard, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer's trash can. If your trash can isn't accessible, we will work with you to find a location to dispose of the pet waste.
Do you provide your services all year?
Yes! We provide our waste removal services year-round.
